Mechanical Venus by Izabella Pavlushko . 
The
beauty and feminity of the Venus gives take out "the" inspiration to
many
artists. "Mechanical Venus" by Izabella Pavlushko is a completely new and modern
take out "solution of" expression of the Venus' essence. The artist considers
it from
the position of constructive mechanics. In contrast to artists such as R.Velasques and P.Rubens, "Mechanical Venus" does not lie in front of the mirror, but constitutes a single, unified whole with it. The artist shows composition if two planes of mirror are crossing at a angle of 95º relative to one another. They symbolize the beginning and the end. ........
Current nanotechnologies aim at bringing the man to change and
transforminghim into a certain biological-mechanical model. Izabella skillfully rendered a state of absurdity and doom of the object. In the piece by P.Picasso, "Acrobat on a ball", the athlete's character has the same doom. ......
In "Mechanical Venus" the whole figure composition is held up by
white, roundspaces over the colored figures. Color composition is balanced by dark blue and black figures. Monumental composition is confirmed by the artist with application of a complex texture of color planes looking like polished crystals of rocks.  At the same time, "Mechanical Venus" is full of grace in spite of awkward, crude forms. All of this achieved by a green oval symbolizing Venus' abdomen with a hint of carrying child under her heart. The same elements of grace present at the top- a symbol of a hand and at the foot - symbol of a leg. Izabella Pavlushko managed to expose not only the state of the object, but the changing evolutional/mechanical world which always breaks and shreds the nature. N.
