by Izabella Pavlushko .  * * *  In the piece "Lullaby" a color and geometric mass of all figures is balanced with two slanting lines in the lower corners of the work. These two lines - one black and another, orange, are bearing the weight of the all composition. They give effect of space, making it multi-plane. ------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- 
Close towards the center of the composition,
lilac and violet figures and an orange figure produce the effect of moving perspective. This movement is a movement of a cradle which is rocked by a careful mother. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------  Geometric elements 1 brown + 2 sky greenish - blue, form the face of loving mother who turned her profile towards the audience. Full of grace with a beautiful delicate neck - a yellow colored figure looking like a
boomerang.

Dark blue circle over a yellow rectangle
symbolizes the night, but this is the night full of mother's love and warmth. The artist intentionally emphasizes it and gives reflection of a dark blue moon, like a ruby circle in the lower corner of the piece. This ruby circumference is the warmest element of composition.

There are elements of infinite space which are always
felt beyond the bounds of the of work. In my opinion, "Lullaby" is a significant work in the style of geometric abstraction. N.
